Social media is only growing in its importance within the fundraising sector. We will hear from three organisations that are using it particularly well - but in very different ways. First up, the NHS Blood service who will talk about the culture that allows them to make use of racist comments to drive up blood donations.

Autistica are one the UK's fastest growing charities. They have achieved their increased increased influence and transformed the reputation of research, without any significant growth in their comms team headcount. By using social media effectively, they have found capitalised on opportunities which would otherwise have passed them by. They'll demonstrate how they've used the whole of their senior leadership team to increase their Twitter impact.
