Kirsty is a digital communications freelancer and accredited trainer specialising in social media, copywriting and digital marketing. Since 2007 Kirsty has been working in the charity sector in communications and digital roles for organisations including Dementia UK, Aspire, Trinity College London, JustGiving and Cancer Research UK.
As a freelancer she has worked with organisations including Media Trust, Teenage Cancer Trust, Canterbury Christchurch University, Breast Cancer Care, CFA Institute, The Advocacy Project, Resource Alliance, MissionBox and more. Kirsty is a regular columnist for Third Sector's digital hub and was a judge in the 2016 Third Sector Awards.
She is a trustee of the Small Charities Coalition and in 2016 won a CharityComms Inspiring Communicator Award. When she's not delivering training, speaking at an event or writing, Kirsty manages the Third Sector PR & Comms Network Facebook group, which has over 3,000 members.
